Delivery

We aim to despatch as soon as possible after the order is received, and certainly within 24 hours. Our preferred delivery partner is Royal Mail, but for larger orders Evri or DPD will be used if significantly more economical. All deliveries will come with a tracking link. Our delivery charges will be at cost or less.

There will be an option for any purchase to collect it from Douai Abbey, in which case no shipping fees will be charged.

If you have particular requests that are not covered by the current options, just use the contact form on the About page to explain your request; it is often possible to issue a custom invoice in such cases.
